Director of Creative Services: Marti Parham
Marti Parhman is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program where she majored in fashion design.  She also holds a degree from Chicago’s Columbia College in journalism.  The former fashion designer for Abercrombie & Fitch currently dedicates her creative energy to writing for JET Magazine, painting and creating styles for her hat company NaPcap.

Director of Mentoring: Tarji Smedley
Targi Smedley attended the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign and graduated from Columbia College with dual bachelor degree in advertising and graphic design.  She founded Egami Photos in 2006.
