Director of Electronic Media: Fredricka Holloway
Fredricka Holloway is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign
and holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science/Engineering. She was introduced
early, at the age of 17 to the corporate world through interning with
United States Gypsum Corporation. After graduation she worked as a programmer
and later an analyst for Accenture. She went on to become founder and
CEO of Innovatec Services, LLC, a marketing and technical consulting firm,
specializing in web development, graphic design, and multimedia. She also
serves as executive director of InnovaTeen, a volunteer for Girl Scouts
of America, a tutor and in various other capacities.
Director of Finance: Raquel Dowdy
Raquel Dowdy attained a BFA in graphic design /Illustration from Temple
University, Tyler School of Art, in Philadelphia in 1990. For the past
10 years, she has worked primarily as a graphic manager/coordinator for
medical and health-related publishers, and has been freelancing as a fine
artist since 1996. Raquel has assisted with five Youth Forums, three portfolio
reviews, and two Express Yourself workshops. She serves as director of
finance for Project Osmosis and feels that it is one of the few communities
of black visual artists that are truly active in community projects having
made so much progress in just six years. |

Director of Community Outreach: Gwen Williams
Gwen Williams, whether selecting colors, space planning
or designing furniture and storage solutions, she has the expertise to
turn design projects into wonderful living spaces. Her experience as design
consultant for her firm Eclectic, and midwest account manager for a Florida
based textile company, ensures quality
performance and products. She is a dramatist theater board member, with
special interest in the CTA Adopt-a-Station program. An alumnus of Harrington
College of Design, Gwen’s life purpose is to create environmentally
responsible, and well defined, living spaces, while encouraging students
to consider “interior design”, as a career option.
